Amazing and Eye Opening experience. Being a fresher in the field of training I feel blessed to have done this training. Dr. Sanjib never let me feel separate from my fellow compatriates who were pretty experienced trainers as well. It was a pretty good experience. I got to learn a lot of techniques. Mainly the delivery section. And the objective part was new to me, there is so much more than just writing an objective. Overall a good experience

I have learned everything a trainer needs to know before embarking on training program.I have received lots and lots of knowledge about training.l am now confident of conducting a training course in my domain.lots of praises and thanks to faculty prof. Training was good but infrastructure was very poor and training materials can be conzised and more with process maps rather than information. This can also have some hands on exoirence time fir demonstrations just as a practise session for anyone who is a beginner.

It was an amazing experience .larger group made the learning much more interesting . would recommend larger groups for this kind of training . was a good opportunity to reinvent oneself. Dr Sanjib was really good in training us to become capable trainers . Would rate this experience as excellent

Very good experience. It helped me rediscover myself and very effectively introduced me to corporate training.There were many take aways from the program and that i can take back to work. The USP of the program was the content and the delivery style. The trainer was very connected to the objective and could identify the pace of understanding of the learners.
