Had learned new idea and knowledges from trainer. Had learned about how to train the trainee?How to prepare the structure, design, methods, theories. Step by step Reporting process. Introduction of section,Learning section and review sections are very effective in the current workplace. I had learned systematically step by step delivery the training process. I had improved the thinking skills. When i am back to my country I'll use all things what i had learned from the ACT.

I am now a L&D professional.I can make strategies on how to develop a training and deliver it keeping in mind various learning methods and delivery styles meeting the learners and the organisationobjective.The peers are very much interactive and supportive .Dr Sanjib Chakraborty was excellent...His delivery style is really admirable..Overall its a very good workshop .Ashort overview about NLP could have been introduced to make the learners more knowledgeable about the NLP techniques which can be used while delivering a training.The workshop destination was excellent .All the participants are now connected through watsapp and Facebook .This will help us to connect in the future.Its great.....Then training resources were preety set which helped us to be in a comfort zone and learn the subject with a beautiful focus.Resource support is very good which will help me to recapitulate what I have learnt after the workshop is over...I can refer the LMS for updated learning as it will be updated as and when required and the access is a lifetime...So again its a great situation for any learners to go back to the CTPD website and refer as ttebwhole content is already there ..I will definitely refer Asian College of teachers to those who want to learn Teaching training and developingbtye content..Suitable for all teachers and Corporate trainers.I will refer to my friends and family if they want to pursue any cource related to training..

To know is to know nothing is true knowledge. Realised the true meaning of this quote after attending the training program. I have been a trainer for 6 yrs but after attending this program I could scale my own performance. Now I know what was good and what needs to be changed and best part how it should be.

I felt more confident, can now design many modules, I am very happy to be a part of this training. But it would be better if I would have got the proper interaction before the training.Overall a nice experience, Hope to see you soon for other courses.
