1- just arrange lunch with training package.because it can save learners time and can attention much. 2- sitting arrangement can improve. 3- it is my good experience due to no connection of this profession since here attendant much experience trainees that helped me to connect this profession & its basic requirements. 4- as a trainee i received many kind of information, materials, techniques and the way for presenting self. i also learnt about areas where i needed to improve as choose l&d profession.

Training session has been flawless in terms of content, delivery and engagement. Few administrative changes can be improvised on. Personally I wasn't too comfortable with the chairs and it's table Which is too small for the manual as well.

I feel very privilaged to be a part of this course. This has been very informative and lot of learning. Dr Sanjib has been very helpful in all the aspects. Style of training, delivering the module, content was all very helpful. The ambience was well designed. The chairs were a little uncomfortable considering the aspect of having a manual and a write pad along. Overall, a very very good experience for me to grow in my career as a trainer. Would look forward to attending many such similar courses to enhance my skills.

Good course for Instructors. DGCA does not allow an Instructor to talk more than 5 hrs. It is always good to listen one male Instructor and one female Instructor.Students should only be subject to 8 hrs maximum as per DGCA rule

Best training experience that I ever had, I was really lucky finding this course. I learned a lot which I will carry with me to Iraq and apply it to improve the business in aviation sector effectively. The trainer was very professional who helped me to grasp all the required information and the skills to be a successful trainer. I am already thinking about get more training about learning and development.

It was a good journey from day one to day four as bit by bit we were learning and building blocks in mind and on third day and fourth day all came together to develop a design. Got clear idea how to work on the balancing the module or session and the time management.

The experience has been wonderful and the course has just raised my self achievement target bars I also would like to thank the support staff for there support and unconditional availability. Also it is needless to mention that this forum shall be one of the best source for network building Lastly I look forward to get associated with ACT for there future projects and session , I will be happy to depart my experience and knowledge for ACT trainees.

Experience was good . Good knowledge Very Good Learning practices. I like the Rules posters at the entrance of the doors Got the international knowledge and The guardling of the giving training. I have learned to improve my own business standard. I go the clearway of the process for the training business.

The overall experience is joyful and time well spent. There was hardly any dull moment. Interactions & moderations were apt, to the point as well as sufficiently illustrative to bring a point home.
