Trainers are really good and helpful and their content is good too. They keep the whole conversation very active and lively.. course coordinator is very helpful too. My experience with the university has been excellent overall. The course coordinators are supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist, making the learning process smooth and engaging. The self-paced courses provide flexibility, allowing for effective time management alongside other commitments. Grading is fair and accompanied by detailed, constructive feedback that aids in understanding and improvement. However, there is room for improvement in communication response times. Additionally, it would be helpful if webinar schedules were emailed well in advance, giving students adequate time to prepare and plan for upcoming sessions.
