Feedback Statement – Thesis Journey I am deeply grateful to ACT and EIU for giving me an opportunity I never would have had otherwise. Your support made it possible for me to pursue and complete something I once thought was beyond my reach. This has been the most challenging part of my academic journey—completing a PhD thesis of this magnitude, especially on a topic like burnout that sometimes overwhelmed me in the very process of writing about it. I shed many tears. I often felt out of my depth, even incompetent at times. But I persevered. There were moments I didn’t know how I would finish—but I did. I am immensely proud of what I’ve accomplished. This research is not only groundbreaking, it is a reflection of resilience, commitment, and growth. I pulled it off—and I stand taller because of it.
