As for the beginning, I can tell they are friendly even in online mode. Bring an emotion such as trust, is hard to feel even offline. ACT managed to bring that emotion out even online which made me enroll myself in it. Even for motivation, they do it in the best way. I should seriously thank every single person I came across in ACT. And about the webinar I was like 3 hours ... but to my surprise, it went really well and was productive and clear. Thank you for guiding me till now, and for the future.

It was very good at the beginning it self, at the time of my enrollment for TEFL/TESOL program. It was Sudeepta Mam, the Counselor of ACT cleared all my queries properly and timely. My tutor Annie Mam responds very soon to my doubts regarding the course content and assignments. The panel discussion on post pandemic classrooms held on 17th July with the participation of many international resource persons was very helpful to me, thank you Shounak Sir for conducting such a wonderful discussion. The webinar session on phonology for ESL/EFL Teachers was very amazing, it was very interactive and fun, thank you June Mam and Sukanya Mam for sharing us such systematic blending of both theory and practice. It makes confident enough to speak in a neutral accent than imitation. Thank you Team ACT.
