It was excellent experience. The faculty were highly professional and was a great experience learning. The Webinar content was given before the start of class which was very helpful and PowerPoint slides were shared which were again very helpful. For me it was great learning but as we were taught that most learning is by teaching. For me TNA model, 5 steps of TNA analysis, learning theories, training delivery, 20 tools of training delivery and feedback template were very educative for me. Also the other staff were also very efficient in communicating and sharing the the various details till start of session. Overall it was a great experience.

I have done ITD from ACT before which was a very good experience as well as it builds up my skills in a better way. My trainer was very clear and understandable when it comes to the subject and made the class enjoyable as well by doing some fun activity and group activity.
So my experience with ACT was very good and now also I am looking forward to enjoy the VOLT sessions and have the same experience which I had during my ITD.

I don't know much about the ACT but the training was conducted well. An experienced trainer was effectively worked to learn things. If it was conducted practically, then it may be more effective like group tasking and group discussion or group assignments, because many of them are in practice here.
