My had a wonderful experience with ACT doing both the courses. Although the information regarding the Canada Board exam was informed very late and that's why I could not get enough time to prepare for my exam. I would have loved to participate in the exam but I hold no grudges against the institute. During my TEFL course there was a misunderstanding which I believe should have gotten resolved sooner than it did. I wasn't aware that I have not posted my assignments in word format as the instructor was not very clear with words which took me some time to realise where I was lacking. apart from that I had a wonderful journey and I loved doing activities and assignments during the course work.

Though I learned many things, I cannot say I became absorbent in it. It could have been more productive with practical application in mind. But this is made so theoretical with less clarity and the videos were not providing anything new but restating the theories again.

I was a bit skeptical before the starting of the course as I am a person who is more in favour to study in person but the way I got assistance at every step was commendable. No query or doubt of mine was left unattended. With immediate effect and time period all my queries have got sorted and it was the most easy and smooth course for me to complete at my own pace. I am glad that I am able to finish it before the scheduled time period.

My overall experience has been pleasant. My queries were timely answered and the evaluation was constructive and timely done. The webinars were informative. The study material was beneficial, however, it could use more graphics and be more interactive. The videos could be professionally studio recorded. I hope there will be future assistance as well.
