Overall, I found this TESOL course very productive and enriching. Before enrolling, I struggled to find effective ways to teach learners of different levels while balancing several practical challeges such as classroom management, learners' barriers, technical limitations, managerial expectations and academic goals. Due to my ongoing professional commitments, I could not easily explore these challenges on my own. Enrolling in this TESOL course therefore helped me gain much-needed clarity and direction. It introduced different teaching methodologies that combine traditional pedagogy with modern approaches, including the use of AI and technology in language teaching. The assignments were particularly helpful. It took me nearly three months to complete my first assignment, but I was able to complete my final lesson plan assignment within three days, which clearly reflects the progress I made during the course. I also found that the assignments positively influenced my research and academic writing. Overall, the course has been a very valuable learning experience. I especially enjoyed the Business English training module and Research module - my favourite parts of the program.

The administrative side of the experience was professional, but the curriculum lacked the 'stretch' I expected. For a B.Ed. holder, the course didn't offer a significant intellectual challenge or a deeper dive into the subject matter than what I had already mastered during my degree.
