I have an overall experience of about 13 years. 10 years in Standard chartered bank as Senior Information Security Analyst. 3 years as an Montessori Tutor and currently working as a freelance online IELTS Tutor . Apart from this ,I have qualified myself in Abacus, Vedic maths, Mid brain Activation training and was conducting tutions for children from 5 years till 12 years.

My experience having this course though its online but still was overwhelming and I gained more knowledge from teaching styles, strategies, classroom managements,assignments, etc. plus the feed back of my course coordinator. I like also the MCQ test it was challenging and gave me excitement to see what will be the results. I can share and apply this knowledge and experience I gained in this course. I am just thankful.

Being a travel enthusiast, I chose this course to help me travel and meet my desire of teaching and training young children from different cultural background. This course gave me exposure to different patterns of teaching. As I was learning and reading through the course content I was able to expand my conscious awareness of various teaching methodologies, classroom activities and games to engage children in. The Lesson planning activity gave me more insight to apply in a practical setting.

While the course is comprehensive enough, it leaves the sincere candidate with a new perspective to the world of teaching and arms him with different techniques and approaches. In my case, I was able to fine tune a few of my training techniques and also appreciated the difference in teaching ESL and other foreign languages like French, German and Spanish.

It was a very satisfactory experience and I have achieved what I set out to do. The course content was adequate and the MCQ and assignments actually was a true judge of our learning. The assignments were rather exhaustive and made me delve deeper into the course and also seek help from external resources from the internet. I had a rather good experience. Although the course was exhaustive and had to be completed within a specfied time frame, it was a new learning experience and helped me gain confidence in my ability. The support from the coordinator was excellent and my requests and queries were dealt with immediately. This also helped me to concentrate on the course instead of being tied up in mandatory formalities. I will certainly recommend the Institute to my friends and colleagues.
