Before making my way through these certificate programs, I have been taking language classes, and I am trainer, training students and corporates from past 12 years. They tell learning never ends. You keeping learning and unlearning all throughout your life. I previously thought I would be able to handle teaching English as a foreign language without much training. I thought I could definitely handle it well, I soon learned I was extremely wrong. Throughout the main 120-hour TEFL certificate course and the other phases, the most important thing I have learned is that every single person is different. Of course, I personally promote difference and equality for those who are different. However, I have never sat down and thought about this on a teaching level. I have only promoted difference and handled it on a personal level. Much different from that of teaching. These certificate programs have also taught me how to better prepare myself and handle situations where each student may be on a different level than the student next to them. The main lesson is to be adaptable and able to change to the needs of those I am teaching. At the end of the day, it is not about me as a teacher, it is about the student and how well they are comprehending the information I am relaying. Being a trainer, this is one of the most valuable lessons anyone could learn. Do not try to fit your students in a box, or force them to follow a lesson plan that is above or below their level of learning. Adapt. Change. Work with them.

TEFL has been a guiding light . Conventional teaching does not meet the required of multi race and many language classroom . While teaching such broad class one has to be fully aware of the social and cultural surrounding and the background one is coming from. With such a varied classroom one can not be on same scale to treat everyone,in this course I got to know that there are so many techniques to handle the class and also teacher should not feel frustrated when the class is not going as planned ,one should be always ready with plan B to execute what is left behind

I have learnt a lot from this course. This course has various invaluable insights. It changed my opinion about teaching completely. Now I realize how teaching can be fun for both the teachers and the students. A few questions in the assignments were challenging. That made the experience more enlightening. I discovered many new things about the teaching world. A few people believe that teaching is a peace of cake. Such type of teaching will neither benefit the teacher nor the students. If a teacher works hard, it will make the learning process easier for the students. The ultimate goal is that the students walk out with a sense of confidence that they have learned something new and they can use the language taught without any fear.

It was a wonderful experience. I heard about TEFL courses from a friend and looked up for the top TEFL course providers in Mumbai. The entire process from reaching out to the faculty members in Marol, Andheri to studying for the course to giving the exams and submitting the assignments was extremely easy. The course coordinator was helpful and I could manage the course on my own. It was structured well and was hassle-free for a working professional like me who often did not have time in the weekdays to call the tutors. I realized that I can manage it all alone with very little help.
