I loved the feeling of being immersed in an academic pursuit for myself, and thoroughly engaged with the course and the assignments that gave me a much-needed retake on my theoretical knowledge. I have over 16 years of training experience under my belt, so it was great to pause and re-assess where I want to go. The lesson planning component of the TESOL component of the course is a good way to impel new aspirants forward, especially in having to source teaching material, and allowing trainers to gain a 360-degree perspective to instruction, which I feel is sorely lacking outside of this course.

A good teacher is like a good artist and its students are like a piece of an art. A teacher puts all the efforts to make the students a masterpiece. Through the whole course I learned how to make a masterpiece while I was guided to be one. This experience was life changing as I learned quite a lot with good guidance and had proper support. It has been an enriching and great learning experience while learning the new specialized teaching skills/ different methodologies. I got to know about the importance of Lesson Planning and Preparation as a Teacher, How to make an effective Lesson plan, What all one should include in a Lesson plan starting from identification of the topic, its objective, setting time duration, age-level, warmers, context setting, activities, procedure and its execution. The course has lot to offer to new beginners like me providing them in-depth understanding about the TESOL study/style of teaching and its effective usage in a classroom set-up and how to cater to the learning needs of all age-group. The course adds to your comprehensive skill set to become an effective English/ESL teacher.

As I am into Literature I was bit nervous in the start of the course as whether I will be able to do,it or not. I do have knowledge about TEFL as I did my Applied Linguistics and I do teach ELT paper at MA Level. This course has really expanded my knowledge and helped me to use theory in practical use. In fact if time permits I will surely expand my course.

Making me enriched in the world of knowlege This the best for teachers - Asian College This is my first online course and I am very happy the way i was given guidance by the team and the evaluator. Truly enriching experience.. I loved the way i was guided and my doubts cleared by the team. Extremely patient coordinators and an excellent evaluator. The hard copy had a number of grammatical and typing ertors. Being an English course this definitely needs to improve. The formatting of text was not proper in many places. There was no mcq attaxhed in the study material for the module Teain The Trainer
