I am a full time teacher here in one of the bilingual school in Bangkok Thailand. I handled primary students. We all know that Thailand is not an English speaking country. Communication with students is very difficult. All my lessons should have Thai translation in order for them to understand the lesson. I have to start translating every vocabulary words. And it takes a lot of efforts to do that. I teach 5 subjects and i have 24 periods every week. Preparation of the lesson is just fine but preparing 5 subjects every week with 24 periods is insanely busy. So I decided to enroll here to learn more how to deal my students and so that i can understand well in dealing this language barrier because it is exactly a burden in my part as i have a lot of classes and preparation. Thank you, i did it.

It was great. The course was good and gave a broad perspective on teaching. The best part was the practicality and the methods they had mentioned which can be used easily by the teachers. However, I am not very satisfied with the administration. I have still not received one of my certificates from a previous course I did from here. I was given different instructions every time I contacted them. Not happy with the management. I have still not got it and it has been months.

On the whole it was a good experience. A teacher can better understand the students if she understands the way language is acquired among native speakers,ESL and EFL students. Also various methods of language acquisition is fascinating to learn.communicative approach of learning a language gives clarity between acedemic learning and commutative learning purposes. Business English module makes you confident about those areas of communication.

ACT has designed the programme in such a way that it compels to put one foot in front of the other until i finish the detailed study.The assignments are more than a way to fetch grades and certificates.
