-to self reflect on experience helps us to reflect how to grow better - Even if we have been teaching for sometime it doesn't mean that we never make mistakes, its always great to learn improve ourselves all the time. - We need to learn how to accept mistakes to be able to know where to tweak our mistakes.

I truly enjoyed the videos as it was very informative especially since this was my first experience teaching a language. However the teaching methodologies were already demonstrated. The course kept me busy with researching about different theories related to TESOL AND TEFL.

Choosing ACT for my TESOL certification was the best decision I took. The course was well planned and the support services were great. It has prepared me for a great start as an ESL teacher. Right from my first point of contact Puja, who guided me through the application process to my course coordinator Ms. Annie Joseph, everyone at ACT is extremely supportive and helpful. The assignments and the feedback were also an essential part of the learning experience and it has been an extremely fulfilling experience as a whole.

Overall found the course convulated in terms of language - too much theory and no practical experience or even interactive dialogue with guide or mentor. Throughout there has been no real guidance given. Also there should be a summary at the end of each chapter with questions and ideal answers so that we are able to figure out the right response. More examples of lesson planning structure would help. How to really choose the level of students is really not clear too. Overall while the content of the course is robust - found it not easy to learn or practice due to the above reasons.

The knowledge gained was immense. Did not expect to enhance my knowledge to such an extent in the short duration. Lots of good tips on class room management for teachers. The process is a bit cumbersome though. Preferable if the entire process is driven via website. Communication via mails doesnt give an indication whats pending and whats stage i am in.

I can suggest to other friends of mine. Its worth to do this course. Initially I was not very confident about completing this course later on I gathered confidence of completing it at least for an average score. I found difficult in doing my assignments because of the topics I have been given.
