all is good. teachers are very nice . the only thing i would like to address to improve the quality of videos. some videos is not that quality. even voice is not clear. but rest of the thing is really appreciate . evaluation is nice too. teacher are very helpful

The online TESOL course was very interesting and informative, and I particularly enjoyed being able to work through the modules at my own pace. The module guides were accessible and clearly structured, so I was able to follow the topics and complete the tasks to monitor my progress. The module assignments were both challenging and thought provoking. I really appreciated the detailed feedback from my tutor, which helped to further my understanding of the course content. I’m looking forward to applying for TESOL jobs to make use of my new skills!

I started this course with a mere doubt whether I could complete it or not as my main intention was to find job abroad. But, I could successfully complete the course. This was the first time I did a course online that involved submitting assignment and MCQ tests. Content was easy to read. Videos provided in Module 1 was good and clear to understand some of the Module 2 videos were not clear and satisfactory. During this course it didn't make me seek help from tutors as once when called I was not satisfied. I did it myself. Koina was extremely helpful when ever I called her for help. This course has helped me gain knowledge about teaching in more detail. Hope it helps me find a better job abroad. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed the content and felt a sense of pleasure reading the content. It was especially fulfilling that I should be able to acquire specialized knowledge. The content offered many venues and frank suggestions. Those I was very pleased to read. Furthermore, the knowledge seemed to be highly relevant. Needless to say, I think the course content was very much in depth, accessible, and specialized. It consistently upgraded my knowledge. Furthermore, the MQC was rather straightforward and not convaluted. That I greatly appreciated. I'm super thankful for the patience exhibited by the staff that I was assigned as a consultant and coach. They promptly answered my questions, all concisely.

I had a great experience with this course, with the exception of a few hiccups. The first being the promptness of email replied. The tutor and the co-ordinator at times take days to reply. For people doing this course online, we have schedules and so we lose that time when we get stuck somewhere and reach out for help and are left stranded for a couple of days. Secondly, no one contacted me about the peer training. I sent an email asking about it and then waited for a few days and then called, after which I got a generic email about the available dates. Also, when the date was near, I started sending emails a week in advance, which were not responded to. Then again I had to call. One day before the date, I called and then my query was answered. I wasn’t informed as to what I will have to do in the peer training and if I need to carry anything with me. When I inquired about it, I was told that they will arrange a call from the concerned person and she did call me and explain everything. I just feel like this should have been done from your end. The student shouldn’t need to call and enquire. I would also like to share another incident that happened with me. I was contacted by a school in Abu Dhabi for a job via teachers job world, which ended up being an elaborate scam. Everything about the school and the posting was real, only the people who contacted me were fake. I would have fallen for it if I wasn’t cautious. I then emailed (on 14th September) Mr. Shounak to inform him about this to which he replied that he will call me on Monday, and he hasn’t contacted me till date.
