To be a good teacher first we must prepare and organize endlessly hours outside of the classroom preparing and teaching from our heart. In my experience in teaching the most important quality that a teacher should have is patience. A great teacher is very patient with their, students and their parents to deal with the problem. My belief as a role of the teacher we are sowing the seeds not just teaching the students for our cost of living, teachers have a great role in the field of teaching, teachers plant seeds that grow forever and for this reason, we must plant a good seed that will bear a good fruits, good fruits from students is tremendously rewarding from our hard-working.

Well,it was quite satisfactory after going through the concept and videos. What I was teaching earlier was different and this type of teaching was different. I found it little difficult but after taking suggestions from the tutor made it easy.

This course has taught me more about English language, its usage and importance in different countries. I learned how to design a good lesson plan, also the course coordinator clarified my doubts. The videos helped me to learn pronunciation, phonetics, different language levels, Classroom management and the ways to handle the learners.

Taking up this course was my personal decision. I am employed in the government sector for the past 9 years. Changing the job is currently not an option for me since the financial security it offers is something I cannot forego. But I really wish for a changeover at least in the distant future. That prompted me to look for options outside my job which landed me at ACT. The course was an entirely new experience for me I was doubtful if studying online could make me clear the TESOL Canada Board Exam.
