I've 13 years of experience working in State Board Schools and 7 Years of experience in CBSE Residential school. During this tenure, I faced many obstacles, I met many new people, I faced many challenges and overall I gained rich experience in my life. My life was not a bed of roses, but I made it. I converted all my good and bad experiences in the form of learning challenges. I took revenge of myself to prove what I am. Every obstacle in my life converted into a new version of me. Satisfied, definitely more informed and enlightened!! It has led me to question and modify my existing teaching practices. I have learnt the value of effective feedback and change implementation. This experience has made me more reflective in that I now approach the class teaching in a constructive manner. In learning to value the cultural and psychological differences among the learners belonging to different spatial zones, I have become more mindful of their diverse needs. The multiple cultures need to coexist amicably in the class environment, while learning a new language. And this language needs to be taught in a way that it becomes relevant and relatable to the learners of different places or countries.

I have just completed my 220 Hour International Diploma in TESOL/TEFL with a specialization in Business English Teacher Training Program. I am totally satisfied with my experience I really enjoyed doing this course. All the material was straight forward and easy to understand. The project was helpful to gain experience. The tutors I had were very quick to respond to any questions and to provide feedback on assignments.
