I began as someone who had no clue what TEFL/TESOL entailed to find myself confident enough to teach someone whose second language is English. I think the course co-ordinators made the initial process smooth, during the course there was absolutely no fuss in understanding the different terms and assignments. Everything was well defined for me. I enjoyed preparing the assignments and the detailed evaluation to learn that my purpose was well understood by the evaluators was a great joy. For an online course, I have never felt the need to have someone explain me something in person. I think the course content is accurate and the course is systemized properly. The course has been very practical and significant for me.

The course was thoughtful, resourceful and practical. The methods shown were clear. I was able to learn about many approaches whih coukd be used to make lessons more interesting whether in the schools or in the offices. Rhe course led me smoothly from the most basic methods and approaches towards the most topic and situation oriented. While completing the assugnment I was abke to think out of the box and arrive at certain solutions. I really enjoyed soing the assignments as they were not only thought inducing but also interesting and different.

My experience with ACT was good to the extent that they favored me under many circumstances which i doubt with many Institutions. Never felt the pressure of meeting deadlines. My tutor and the course coordinator guided me throughout the course so smoothly. They made themselves available at all the time. I relied on them for any type of doubts that pops up on my mind and they dealt with me without any kind of hesitation which is something I loved most about. They have promised 100% job assistance and I immensely hope that I could have my complete confidence in them to help me in finding a suitable job for me in schools outside India which is my ultimate motive of pursuing the course.

Very insightful and carefully constructed learning material. To answer the MCQs, one had to be thorough with the content of the course. Though the course was online, but i think i have been more focused on learning than a course attended in person. The assignments were challenging enough to apply the contents of the course. The feedback provided was very helpful in terms of encouragement and it also gave apt inputs for areas of improvement.Very often it helped me improve my perspective in areas i had not shed enough light on. A very supportive team of teachers, who are available to solve queries related to the course .

before I thought native speakers have the opportunity to work overseas, now I am confident enough to work any where. I know how to prepare a lesson plan, how to manage a class etc., the importance of ESL is very apt and also I have learned how to handle the mischievous students in the class and how the begin the class with a warm up activity.
