Initially, I was reluctant to join online courses because of so many fraudulent activities in fake advertising. It was a good learning experience. I got to learn about language teaching skills and classroom management. The step by step understanding of different kind of students and how to manage them was very informative. Classroom management made me understand my role as a trainer and how to handle the class and how to deal with the students one on one of they are facing any issue.

A good experience and the course has enabled in looking into many more activities which can be used in real classroom situations. Activities which can be used in Business English classes were an eye opener and these activities can be used in School situations too. In Business English, I feel that there are many organizations where employees with hardly any practice in spoken English join the company only because they are good in areas like coding. They may have basic English education but when it comes to speaking in English they fail. For such employees basic training is necessary. The educators could look into the same as the above opinion comes from a personal experience of having worked in an IT firm and having come across employees who struggled in projects due to lack of knowledge and courage. On the whole, the experience was good and an excellent course which I had joined during the lockdown. Good course structure and content, especially would help beginners in English teaching.
