The overall learning experience has been substantial. Initially when I joined the course offline, I was excited and highly motivated to read the documents and go through relevant videos as they were interlinked. It helped me to understand the concepts beautifully. In the mid of it, I succumbed to procrastination where I got busy with other walks of life and was losing touch with my learning. I made my goal clear and worked for it day and night and finally I was able to complete my course with thorough reading, learning, by making notes, researching and recapitulating and finally got ready to submit my assignments. I thoroughly love my journey of studying by myself through research and relevant guidelines given. I appreciate all efforts that have been put together by ACT team to make learning so easy and accessible. As it helps learners who don't want to miss on their daily life routine and keep the spirit rolling to learn, achieve and excel.

It was an enriched learning experience. I was not aware of Kirkpatrick's model in education. Reading this gave me insights of how the teaching process can be made better so that its impact is felt by the teacher as well as the students. It changed my perspective as to how the listening and speaking skills can be developed in students at a very young age. The videos in module 1 were very educative. They gave a clear picture as to how these skills have to be conducted. The notes too were very simple to understand. The sample lesson plans helped me to plan my lesson plans during both the modules well. Both the modules covered a wide range of matter . Though I have done my training previously , the content matter presented was altogether different. In short I had a good experience. I learnt many new concepts. I learnt a different way of presenting the skills in class to make my teaching effective.

I have been benefited a lot by pursuing online course TESOL/TEFL 120 hrs. I enjoyed the journey of the course sitting at the comfort of my home. Home assignments given to me offered my an opportunity to utilize the skills gained through my online course. I learnt new strategies which has improved my expertise. Special thanks to Ms. Diya and Ms. Annie Joseph (my course co-ordinator) for rendering all guidance and support whenever it was needed the most. They both were always available being just a button click away, ever ready to help and support. Nowhere in the entire process of course completion, I faced difficulty just because of help and support received by both as they both gave. Prompt reply to my e-mails and phone calls. Well, to be frank I would say that I had a great experience with ACT. At first I wondered how will I be able to complete this course without any class but my coordinator Priyanka guided me well. The course had lots of materials and videos that helped me learn a lot of new things and understand them practically as the course had Videos, examples and good Lesson Plans. I liked the format of the lesson Plan mentioned in the modules. It covered from the scratch till the last. The course had all the information step by step. This course is very well planned as it is divided into 2 modules that has few phases in each. Also the assignments were of great help to shape up our knowledge. Very good material! The course tutor was helpful. I remember reaching out to her the first time when I did not understand a thing. She gave me an overview which was very much helpful for me to proceed. My tutor's feedback was helpful for me to do my next assignment better. The research modules made me research throughout google and due to which I learnt and experienced a lot. I had even watched an ESL class video as it was a part of the question and trust me, it was very much informative. Got to learn the importance of Read aloud and open ended questions. Also understood that Child centered activities are equally important as a Teacher focused activity. It was a great journey of 8 months with ACT.

Learning never ceases to amaze. Right choice always comes at troubled times. I choose to do this course when the whole world was doomed due to the pandemic. I wasn’t able to do my B.Ed. because of my cross major. I was pondering on how to improvise my teaching career. Luckily i heard about tesol/tefl from act and i started inquiring, after a great hesitation and confusion i registered for the 220 hours diploma. After registering i was very much skeptical about the course but then i thought i need to give it a shot. Once my learning process started i discovered many new dimensions of teaching and i really felt that i should have started my course earlier. This is my first online course. I thought i would never get the heads or tails out of it. I never dream of completing it but as the learning started i felt motivated after completing my assignment and getting evaluation from the tutor. I would appreciate if i get placements through act. The course materials was all encompassing and very beneficial. The content was very informative. I feel i have enhanced my knowledge in language teaching.

I have done 120 hrs TEFL Course. This course is very useful and informative for the teachers and wannabe teachers. It has given different approach to teaching modes and the material is well curated. I have learned a lot out of it. It has matched my teaching techniques and helped to improve to some extent. I do recommend it to everyone who wants to be a teacher.
