This course has really made me understand the complete picture of school management and administration. I can now very confidently apply my learning in my profession. This has helped me, create case studies in my school based on my observations in the class with the students and also on the class room teaching. IT WAS A JOURNEY THROUGH THIS COURSE TO REACH MY GOAL. INITIALLY IT WAS IN DOUBT ,HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER WITH THE COURSE, BUT LATER ON WHEN THE PROCESS STARTED, IT WAS A FLOW. I WAS GIVEN ENOUGH TIME AND STUDY MATERIAL TO ACQUIRE IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE.PHASE WISE CURRICULUM WAS MORE STRUCTURED WHICH HELPS ME TO PREPARE STEP BY STEP.ALSO, IT WAS NON STOP SUPPORT FROM THE TRAINER WHO WAS ALWAYS WITH PROMPT REPLY TO MY QUERIES ANY TIME DURING THE COURSE.

Overall good experience, but had little problems for demo classes as many schools were not ready to give a chance for helping demo classes. However I have learnt all new things about teaching and handling classes.
