Studying while working ain't easy. Time management and setting goals and deadlines is the key. Online learning is possible, and also interactive as long as you keep in touch with your mentor. For an ambitious creature like me, with dreams so high, would take every opportunity just to upgrade their knowledge. Online learning and work is not a hindrance for you to upgrade yourself.
