I always wanted to do a counselling course because I am a good listener and I knew I could be helpful somewhere to someone as I am also in the teaching field. I could not find a better time to do this than now during my maternity leave. Though I am not planning to be a full fledged counselor, I would like to be available for students or friends who need a listener.
