ACT Organized an Exclusive Training on Effective Performance Management and Team Building for Employees

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) has successfully conducted a customized training session on Performance Management and Team Building Strategies on 8th May, 2023. The session was facilitated by Ms. Asmita Sengupta, an independent corporate trainer specialized in developing a range of behavioural skills in employees, thus making them competent, effective and client-oriented at work. With over 15 years of work experience, she has explored and acquired diverse working knowledge from various sectors while building her career path as a professional trainer-facilitator, designing and facilitating various soft skills learning initiatives across levels/ industries.

The training session on performance management and team building was an interactive and engaging one as it emphasised the techniques to help employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Ms Sengupta also highlighted that the right skills can help identify and nurture talent within teams. By providing constructive feedback, coaching, and development opportunities, managers can help employees reach their full potential.
