ACT Celebrates Teachers Day with Grand Tribute to the Educators

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) hosted a spectacular celebration in honour of all ACT educators on September 5, 2023, at its Kolkata centre. This annual event, dedicated to acknowledging the pivotal role of educators in our lives and to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, India's second President and first Vice President. The day is a highly anticipated occasion on ACT's calendar.

The festivities commenced with a beautiful inaugural dance performance by ACT members, followed by a heartfelt felicitation of the trainers. Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty, Founder & Chairman of Asian College of Teachers (ACT), Ms. Sutapa Ghatak, Executive Director, along with esteemed members of the Board of Directors, graced the occasion with their presence. In addition to honouring the trainers, the dedicated evaluators and coordinators, the pillars of strength at ACT, were also acknowledged.

The ACT Kolkata centre’s enthusiastic members orchestrated a captivating show that included remarkable dance performances, melodious songs, recitations, and a humorous play that held the audience spellbound. The celebration featured engaging activities for the trainers, who participated with great zeal. The event culminated with a sumptuous lunch, leaving everyone in high spirits. It served as a heartfelt thank-you to all the trainers, evaluators, and coordinators for their tireless efforts in preparing global educators capable of impacting countless lives.
