Asian Education Awards Ceremony and ACTs Grand Convocation-a Double Celebration in Bengaluru

A grant event took place at Novotel Ibis Bengaluru comprising the spectacular Asian Education Awards and the much-awaited Asian College of Teachers’ Convocation ceremony held on 3rd June 2023. The event championed teaching and education recognizing its greatest contributors alongside the convocation to celebrate the dedication and achievements of ACT students, who have transformed into competent global educators capable of making a positive impact on people's lives. ACT warmly welcomed its alumni and Asian Education Awards finalists to the grand event, creating a memorable day for them to celebrate their accomplishments.

The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Dr Sanjib Chakraborty (Founder – ACT), Dr Kuldeep Agarwal (Associate Dean - ACT), and Dr Margaret Davitt Maughan (Associate Director - ACT). Prominent figures from the field of education such as Mr Joseph David (Head of School at Edify World School, Kurnool) and Dr Poornima Choradi Manjunath (Neuroanatomist, Chairperson and Dean of Varchas Group of Institutions) participated in a panel discussion on ‘Defining Quality and Standard in Education’, sharing their expertise and insights. Asian Education Awards celebrates the hard work and success which takes place in the field of teaching and education. There was a wide variety of award categories that recognized the dedication and commitment of educators, leaders & scholars alongside educational institutions & edtech companies. The convocation served as a platform for the graduates to connect with influential personalities in the field of global education and the event also proved to be a valuable opportunity for the graduates to interact with accomplished educationists and broaden their professional networks.
