Now I am more confident to deal with children in my inclusive classroom. I am really grateful to ACT and all the faculties for all the guidance and support through which I could complete this course. Pursuing my Master of Arts in Education with Leadership and Administration has been a truly transformative experience. This program deepened my understanding of what it means to lead with purpose, vision, and empathy within an educational setting. Through engaging modules, case studies, and reflective practice, I gained valuable insights into strategic planning, curriculum development, teacher leadership, and the dynamics of school management. One of the most enriching aspects was the balance between theory and practical application. I learned how to foster a positive school culture, support teacher growth, and make data-informed decisions to improve student outcomes. The discussions with educators from diverse backgrounds further broadened my perspective and helped me appreciate the different leadership styles that can drive meaningful change. This journey not only strengthened my leadership skills but also inspired me to be a more reflective and compassionate educator—someone who can motivate others, embrace innovation, and build inclusive learning communities. I am truly grateful to the Asian College of Teachers in collaboration with East Bridge University, Paris, for designing such a well-structured and empowering program that equips educators like me to grow as effective and visionary leaders.

The course was informative and provided valuable theoretical knowledge. Overall, the self-paced and flexible format was very good, and the evaluators’ feedback was insightful and detailed. However, it could be further enhanced with more practical exposure to real-life curriculum design, hands-on use of tools like Adobe, Articulate 360, and LMS platforms, as well as training in storyboarding and e-learning creation. Greater teacher–student interaction would also enrich the learning experience. For the capstone, designing an original course under expert guidance could be a more impactful alternative to the webinar reflection.

As this is the third course which I have completed from Asian College for teachers, I am very much satisfied and have always recommended to my friends. And 3 of my friends have also taken up courses from ACT. Very happy as it is very comfortable as a working female has so many things to do, but it give us a proper pace to complete our studies. Also its recognized one.. So very happy about ACT and EIU. All over it was a fantabulous experience with ACT, EIU.
